These advisors provide an extremely valuable service, but face an inherent problem: clients will never meet them in person, so may not believe in the relationship.
I partnered with my creative director and a videographer to tell a few of these advisors’ stories, and to prove to prospects that they’re people, too. I interviewed multiple advisors, sketched concepts, and wrote complete scripts based on their stories. Then we filmed the advisors at home, and at work, to convey who they really are.
