AT&T Targeted Email Concepts

Instead of sending one generic device-centric email to the millions of people in AT&T’s directory, my Creative Director and I imagined targeting recipients in certain age brackets with particular proclivities. It made the messages much more compelling (and the writing much more fun).

 For millennials who use their devices for entertainment and social activities, I used modern vernacular and memorable phrases that speak to their highly dynamic needs.
